These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the ApplyKit website and your purchase/use of the ApplyKit digital product. By purchasing or using ApplyKit, you agree to these Terms.

ApplyKit is a one-time digital toolkit intended to help computer science students and early-career software applicants organize job applications. It may include resume templates, interview story worksheets, cover letter frameworks, trackers, checklists, and outreach message templates.
ApplyKit is educational / self-help material only. It is not employment placement, recruiting, legal advice, immigration advice, or a guarantee of interviews, offers, or compensation outcomes.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use ApplyKit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
After successful payment, digital access instructions and/or download links are provided by email or through the checkout success flow. Delivery is electronic only; no physical goods are shipped.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact support@640521.xyz with your order details.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ApplyKit files for your own job search and career preparation.

Templates must be completed with accurate information about your own education, projects, and work history. We do not claim or guarantee any number of interview invitations, offers, or salary results.
Because ApplyKit is a digital download, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered. Exceptions:
Contact support within 7 days of purchase with your order email/receipt. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment channel. Chargeback abuse may result in denial of future service.
Product support is available by email at support@640521.xyz. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers delivery and product-file issues; it does not include personalized resume rewriting, mock interviews, or application submission services unless separately purchased.
All ApplyKit materials, branding, and site content are owned by the Seller or licensed to the Seller. Except for the limited license in Section 5, no rights are granted.
Checkout, tax calculation, and related payment services may be provided by Creem and its partners. Your use of checkout is also subject to Creem’s applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or decisions made solely by payment processors or banks.
THE PRODUCT AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC RECRUITING GOALS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF APPLYKIT OR THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from claims arising out of your misuse of the product, your job applications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
We may suspend access or refuse service if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the product. Provisions that by nature should survive (license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. If Creem acts as Merchant of Record for a transaction, additional terms between you and Creem may also apply to that purchase.
